ဦးခင်မောင်ရင် ပြပွဲနှင့်စာအုပ်

၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလ တွင်ကျော်ကြားသော မြန်မာအနုပညာရှင် ဦးခင်မောင်ရင်၏ လက်ရာပြပွဲတစ်ခုကို ပြသခဲ့သည်။ သူ၏ ပန်းချီကား ၂၅၀ ကို ရန်ကုန်ရှိ Sule Shangri-La ဟိုတယ်၌ ပြသခဲ့သည်။ ဦးခင်မောင်ရင်၏ လက်ရာများမှ စုပေါင်းထားသော ပန်းချီကားများကို the Walton Masters Family မှ ဌားရမ်းခဲ့ ပါသည်။ ပြပွဲတွင် ပန်းချီကားများသာမက လှပသောကော်ဖီစားပွဲစာအုပ်“ ခင်မောင်ရင်ပန်းချီ – အမှတ်တရများ – ရောင်ပြန်ဟပ်မှုများ” စာအုပ်ထုတ်ဝေခြင်းကိုပါ တပါးတည်း ပြသခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ ပြပွဲနှင့် စာအုပ်မှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ လူမှုရေးလုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၁၀၀၀၀ ကျော် ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။

Kin Maung Yin Exhibition & Book

In January 2019, there was an exhibition of the work of celebrated Burmese artist Kin Maung Yin. 250 of his paintings were exhibited at the Sule Shangri-La Hotel in Yangon. The paintings belonged to a collection of Kin Maung Yin’s work that was loaned by the Walton Masters family. The exhibition was accompanied by the publishing of a beautiful coffee table book ‘Kin Maung Yin Paintings – Memories – Reflections’. Between them, the exhibition and the book raised more than US$10,000 for charitable causes in Myanmar.
